Successfully implemented conversion of PDF source of Oxford Monsudar – English Mongolian dictionary published by “Monsudar Publishing” printing house to XML structure in purpose of easily importing to *** program. Result of conversion work of doc and pdf format source of dictionary made for printing has been converted to XML structure by classifying with morphology and grammatical sense and become capable of making electronic dictionary. Although converted XML source makes it capable to import into special program used to make dictionary with various features, and made it possible of expanding, updating and make changes to dictionary with less man-hour and saving budget simultaneously.
